The Great Smoky Mountains National Park - TN
8/5/2015 - Wednesday Drove through Nashville TN towards The Great Smoky Mountains. Destination Elkmont campground . The scenery is beautiful driving to the campground but a little nail biting. One instance we came upon a wooden bridge that was posted no RV's, 10 ton limit. Now they tell us. No signs before and nowhere to go. Turning around would be difficult too. I got out and examined the bridge and we went for it. Everything went well. The campground is very nice. No electricity or water that really is not an issue with us. Nice we were at a higher elevation, cooler air at night for sleeping without air conditioning. 8/6/2015 - Thursday Got up early from a good nights sleep and caught the trolley to tour Gatlinburg. The trolley only cost $1.00 each to drive us to the Gatlinburg attractions. I thought that was very reasonable. I'm not a big tourist attraction type of guy. I enjoy seeing everything in
