2015 - LeeAnn and Scott's Wedding

7/22/2015
Around 2:45 Becky and Greg leave Florida heading North to Sidney Ohio for Our Kodiak Adventure. Our friends Scott and Jane Guggenbiller's daughter, Leann is getting married on Saturday.  We stopped in Georgia at Logan's Road House for dinner around 7:30 p.m.  After dinner we drove to Sam's Club in Valdosta GA to spend the night.

7/23/2015 - Thursday
Left Sams Club around 9:00 a.m.  Gas was $2.31 in Tifton GA.  Next tank of gas we bought in Tennessee for $2.20 a gal.  Gas prices are getting better.  I hear gas prices are suppose to continue down because of the Iran agreement with the US.  We arrived at Danial Boone National Forest, Grove Campground around 7:15 p.m.  We arrive at our camp site C-1 which has water and electricity for $18.00 a night.  We have a Senior Pass for National Parks, Forest, and Monuments which gives of free admittance and 1/2 price for everything else.  We try to go to the National Parks when possible.

7/24/2015 - Friday
We left our campsite around 12:00 noon and explored the park.  Nice lake surrounding the campsites.  The campsites are set up with parking for boats and campers.  Great park for boating.  We started walking a trail to see the lake closer but found it to be a longer distance than we were prepared to walk.  We found we could drive to the lake, much better.  We left the park around 12:30.






We continued North East to Sidney Ohio.  We arrived in Sidney around 6:45 p.m.  Gas was $2.31 a gal.  We stopped at Jane and Scott's home.  Scott ordered pizza, Katie there cousin, and Sawyer were there as well, and we enjoyed talking and hearing there plans for the big wedding tomorrow.  After we ate Becky and I left for the local Walmart for the night.

7/25/2015 - Saturday
We left Walmart around 10:00 a.m for Jane and Scott's home again.  They were leaving early to make final arrangements at the wedding venue.  Becky and I got ready for the wedding then drove to the site.  The wedding was outside in a beautiful setting at the Orrmont Estate in Piqua Ohio.  The reception was in a large tent set up for the occasion.







Beautiful wedding and a large turnout.  Happy couple.  Congratulations...  Back to Walmart for the night.


7/26/2015 - Sunday
We arrived back at Jane and Scott's home around 10:00 a.m.  Everybody tired and relaxing from the wedding.  Everybody was happy with the wedding and the turnout.  The new Mr and Mrs. Leann and Scott Frose came over and opened a few wedding gifts and cards.  Katie and the new couple left shortly to get back to there homes and relax from the busy wedding duties the days before.  Becky and I shared stories with Jane and Scott and caught up some. 

7/27/2015 - Monday
We spent the night, got up early had breakfast and prepared to continue down the road to Indiana. We left Sidney around noon, and drove to Noblesville.  We are going to spend a few days at Drew and Moey's home before going to Jeffersonville IN for Becky's class reunion.

Blue Spring State Park covers more than 2,600 acres, including the largest spring on the St. Johns River. A short drive from Orlando, this 4,500-acre park is noted for its beautiful lakes, rolling hills, and scenic landscapes. Lake Louisa, the largest in a chain of 13 lakes, is designated as an Outstanding Florida Water Way.
